Creating from the Heart: Natural Design & Sacred Space Curation
“Nature is home, it lives within and is expressed all around us.” ~ M.J. Miller
Replenishing our Spirit and nourishing our heart creates internal-external sacred space ….our body and our living environment. Healing the heart/soul-body and calms and releases the mind. As we holistically heal, we experience harmonic flows, coherency, and synchronicities balancing and restoring relationships. This contributes to a cohesive inner and living environment that is peaceful, serene, and restorative.
Re-storying the Personal-Collective Narrative: Redefining Self, Living/Expressing our True Nature
Truth, Clarity, Purpose & Authentic Being
Holistically living from an awareness of being Spirit; nourishing and healing our heart; and strengthening our intuition aligns the mind-soul-body. The mind re-unifies with the Spirit; the body is more free to express as an extension and creation of the heart. The heart is the first organ to develop while a baby grows in the womb. The wisdom of the heart bridges to more expansion; the ability to create internal and extenal sacred space, our body and home/living evironment. This contributes to restoring emotional-mental wellbeing, improving overall health, and navigating life challenges including social interactions or relationships.
Self as Nature, Spirit…
Personal – Inner being; mind, heart-soul-body
Community – Partner, family/loved ones, all sentient beings
Environment – Home, sacred space, Earth +
Keys of Life
(derived from the Purusharthas)
Truth – Innate, inherent being and expression/creation; natural abilities/”gifts” and talents
Purpose (Truth) – Intentional expression of truth in altruist contribution(s) to society and the planet
Joy (Truth & Purpose) – Enjoying the cultivation of truth and purpose; beauty, creativity, and prosperity of life
Liberation (Truth, Purpose, Joy) – Freedom to joyfully weave and express a new narrative from truth-purpose with prosperity
Sacredness in the Mundane. As we deepen our inner relationship, nourishing our Spirit and healing the heart, we often have insights and clarity about the need for balance and renewal within ourself, the community, and the world. This helps us to work through, manage, and release
- chronic stress
- flight-fight-freeze stress and trauma responses
- emotional-mental-physical imbalance and dysregulation
- sensory overwhelm/overload
- acute and chronic conditions
- and energy-depleting personal-family/transgenerational cycles and patterns.
Inner relationship also reveals wisdom and deeper truths; which is a powerful foundation for re-storying our personal, familial/ancestral, and collective narrative. The shift in our personal narrative assists in releasing negative self talk; reducing the impact of chronic stress; improving metabolism and immunity; and reducing risks for epigenetic and stress-related conditions.
Restorative Living. Prioritizing consistency in the care and vitality of our inner and home sacred space
- replenishes, empowers, and inspires our Spirit
- revitalizes the heart and overall health and wellbeing
- supports our authentic expression and creativity including intuition/clairs, abilities/gifts, talents, and skills
- and our growth, development, expansion, evolution, an ascension.
Re-storying our narrative, written from an identity of Spirit and heart-body wisdom, is a daily affirmation that manifests a vibrant, prosperous life with spaciousness for authenticity. As we re-story and expand, “shedding” naturally occurs to allow more joy, fluidity, and freedom. This includes simplifying life, improving health and wellbeing, and nurturing our true expression to restore, revitalize, and elevate us. We are able to naturally and fully showing up – in our way of being, worldview, relationships/interactions, and daily experiences.
Creating Living Sanctuary
“Your sacred space is where you can find yourself again and again.” ~Joseph Campbell
Living Sanctuary Natural Design integrates ancient, Ancestral-Indigenous and Eastern wisdoms; healing technologies; wellbeing practices; and ethno-/folk/relational botany to help you design your personal sanctuary, sacred space as the harmonic aspects of the body and the home. Receive guidance and support as you lean into who you are as Spirit embodied, re-discover the refreshing wisdom of the heart (-body), and create a narrative that heals and aligns all aspects of you to developing intuition/clairs and other creative abilities.
We blend Eastern medicine systems that include Feng Shui, Vastu Shastra and Wabi Sabi to help you curate a unique healing evironment to hold, nourish, and restore you while deepening your inner relationship and navigating everyday life. We also assist with establishing a Self-practice to promote wellbeing, balance, and fluidity (natural ebb and flow) of energy, emotions, states of consciousness.
This work infuses healing and flow into our everyday experience. It allows a compassionate release of situations, relationships, activities, behaviors/habits, and items that do not support health and wellbeing. Carefully selecting what remains and assessing it’s purpose and alignment helps cultivate a thriving, fulfilling, peaceful, and inspiring experience.
Sacred space embodies simplicity, cultivates wholeness facilitating health, wellbeing, healing, and prosperity. As we sift through internalized projections and excavate our truths, we discover our natural design that is deeply connected, intuitive, attuned to nature, natural cycles and rhythms with the innate ability to cultivate self-healing, and manifest a life and home that nourishes our heart/spirit-soul-body to our fullest potential.
